​Mission Circle: Dedicated to ensuring that all sectors of YPC abide by our mission statement - building an intergenerational movement for youth-led collective impact - by overseeing the governance of YPC.

​Community Circle: Dedicated to creating a space for community building amongst young people by taking charge of the onboarding, recruitment, and organizing process of Youth Power Convenings. The community circle strives to make Youth Power Convenings accessible and reflective of the YPC mission through well-developed resource guides and training.

​Communications Circle: Dedicated to connecting youth leaders and adult allies through sharing information and uplifting stories internally and externally. The comms circle ensures that young people can find the information important to them by designing easy-to-use resources and using YPC's online network.

​




Advocacy Circle: Dedicated to advocating for youth decision making power in all spaces where decisions impacting young people are made (e.g. the government, community spaces, etc.) The advocacy circle is currently working on getting more young people (16-17 year olds) on NYC community boards and creating networks to support those youth.

​Financial Accessibility Circle: Dedicated to making organizing more financially accessible to young people, ensuring YPC's financial and legal practices follow our principles and values.

​Global Collaboration Circle: Dedicated to fostering intergenerational connections, bringing together youth leaders as well as key policy and decision makers, centered around the theme of youth leadership.

​​Leadership Development Circle: Dedicated to integrating and nurturing new members of YPC and ensuring all members gain essential skills to drive positive change within and beyond the organization.
